Click Here to for New Patient Form OFFICE HOURS Tuesday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Wednesday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Friday 10:00am to 2:00 pm Saturday 11:00 am to 2:00 pm CANCELLATION Cancellation of appointment requires notification 24 hours ahead of the appointment time. In case of a "no show" or cancellation on the day of the appointment without prior notice, there will be a charge of $50.00. Insurance does not pay for this charge. INSURANCE I accept Motion Picture Health care insurance. Other insurance carriers vary in their coverage policies for acupuncture. Some insurance plans offer a 20% discount from providers on their provider lists, and I will honor any of these. OFFICE VISITS Treatment takes place in beautiful Laurel Canyon in a relaxing, comfortable setting. Acupuncture treatments usually last 45-80 minutes . Treatment with Chinese herbal medicine is commonly recommended. FEES Initial consultation, diagnosis and treatment is $95.00 Subsequent treatments are $80.00 Herbal formulas are usually $20.00-30.00 Sliding scale fees are available upon request.
